Participants:
No previous experience of this way of working is needed.
Course Outline:
The workshop will use Family Constellations work as developed by Bert Hellinger and other practitioners in this tradition, to explore problems or issues which are representations of difficulties within the individual's family of origin and/or earlier family history. Constellations can reveal trans-generational issues, identify where the flow of love has been disrupted and highlight what is needed to heal the family system.
It may not be possible for every participant to work with his/her family constellation, however we believe all can be deeply affected by being representatives and part of the energetic field in which important work takes place.
There will also be opportunities to explore organisational/professional/vocational issues using this approach.
